Negotiations with stakeholders from Chester City FC
We are currently in dialogue with both the owners of Chester City and the fan club CFU (City Fans United). In only a week the number of CFU members has nearly doubled and one should not neglect the English fan culture and / or the importance of having a local football team.
A Norwegian group of students has also come forward regarding a purchase of Chester. We must talk to them and hear what they've got in terms of capital, ideas, etc. It might be an idea to join them / let them into our Danish group. When we get there we take a vote via the Internet. However, it might be the case that there's so few of them that they'll just be allowed to buy some shares on an equal footing with the rest of us.
The Norwegian group has officially backed out of the project and we are as far as we know, the only buyer who are negotiating now, since TNS was held out by FA's declaration of no more Welsh teams in the English league.
We have been called for negatiations by the English attorney and hope that we can reach an agreement within week 7.
