How much does in cost to join?
- It cost 100 kr to participate in the General Assembly.
The money must be paid to Reg 5035 Account. 1390765 within Friday February 19th.
Remember to write your name, address and email on the transfer. Send an email to palle@chesterprojekt.dk with the information if there is not room on the transfer (the email must be stated, otherwise we can not trace your payment).
The DKK 100 goes to the holding of AGM. Then it costs 1000 kr pr. share one wants to buy in the company. There may not be acquired more than 10 shares per individual. It is not yet possible to buy shares in the company.
When is the General Assembly taking place?
- The General Assembly will take place on March 6th at 2pm to 6pm (GMT+1) in Odense. Remember to sign up by sending an email to kent@chesterprojekt.dk
There will be arranged free transportation by bus from both Sjælland and Jylland. Please note if you want transportation and where you live.
Can I be co-owner if I am under 18 years?
- If you are under 18 years, you must have parental / guardian to sign that you must buy shares.
What do I do if I can not attend the meeting?
- You have the opportunity to follow the meeting via your Internet connection. If you are also prevented from this, it means you can not vote on the Board. You will be able to buy shares after the meeting. Send mail to kent@chesterprojekt.dk if you wish to participate in the live stream.
When can I buy shares?
- There will be open for purchase of shares from from Saturday the 6th March to Friday 12 March.

Who can vote in the General Assembly?
- Only persons who have purchased shares before the vote can make a vote at General Assembly. There will be 1 vote per share. There will be opportunity for vote via SMS for those who can not be there, but still want to buy shares.
Can I buy shares after the company formed?
- There is opportunity to buy shares in a week after the formation of the company. Then there will be closed for the sale of new shares. Shareholders may sell their shares, but these must be offered internally before they can be offered to persons outside the company.
Where should the money be deposited?
- It is possible to deposit money for the negotiations on the account of our attorney, Advobiz. The deposits for the negotiations can be exchanged for shares later or being repaid 100%.
